Modern Antenna Range Measurements Short Course 2016

When
Where

This course, which ran successfully for the first time in 2015, will provide an introduction to all aspects of modern antenna range measurements, including an introduction to antennas, far-field antenna measurements, compact ranges, and planar, cylindrical and spherical near-field testing. It is intended for researchers, practising engineers and technicians who want to obtain a better understanding of antenna measurement concepts, theory and techniques.

The speakers are Professor Clive Parini, Dr Daniël Janse van Rensburg and Dr Stuart Gregson, co-authors of the research text Theory and Practice of Modern Antenna Range Measurements. A printed copy of the course notes and textbook is provided to those completing the course.

This course immediately follows the highly successful Loughborough Antennas and Propagation Conference (LAPC2016), allowing attendance of both events. More information can be found in the course flyer. The registration form can be completed and emailed to Simon Young (deadline: October 10th, 2016).
